The Story
From Lost to Fully Alive
For years, I did everything right. I showed up. I served. I gave. I performed. I was a daughter, a mother, a friend, a professional — and somewhere in all of that, I forgot who I actually was. Not because life was cruel, but because I had never been taught to hold onto myself while holding everything else.
The unraveling came quietly at first — a growing emptiness, a sense that something essential was missing. Then it came all at once. Loss. Grief. The kind of season that strips everything down to the foundation and forces you to ask: who am I when I'm not being what everyone needs me to be?
That question — and the long, sacred journey of answering it — is what became YouniquelyMe. Not a program I designed from a textbook, but a path I walked myself. Every phase, every tool, every truth in this program was forged in the fire of real transformation.
God didn't just restore me. He revealed me. He showed me that the woman I had been searching for was never lost — she had just been buried under years of expectation, performance, and pain. And when I finally met her, I knew I had to help other women find their way back to themselves too.

For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
